Hi all! Its the 15th of the month and a new challenge starts over at “A Blog Named Hero”, Hero Arts official challenge blog. This month, we are celebrating Hero Arts 45th Anniversary so our theme reflects this. In addition, if you want to use an old Hero Arts favourite stamp, please do! You have till the 10th of June to enter your projects and be in the chance to win either a $25 or $50 gift voucher to the Hero Arts store!Stamp you own plant products.jpgFor this card, I used the very first Hero Arts stamp set I ever purchased, called “Stamp Your own Plant”. As I only started crafting with stamps 3 years ago, its not very old and comes from their 2015 Spring collection. They are perfect for creating a watercolour leaf bouquet, which is exactly what I did, by painting my stamps using the Watercolours dot palette from Daniel Smith specially chosen for Hero Arts. Yes, I added my watercolour paints directly onto the stamps with a damp brush and stamped it onto a 250g watercolour card base.Stamp you own plantOnce my paints were dry, I stamped the sentiment from Hero Arts December 2018 kit using Hero Arts black ink, onto a stitched circle diecut from Crafters Companion Gemini Happy Birthday die set and adhered it in the middle of my leaves bouquet. A few paint splatters and my card was done!

Well, thanks for stopping by and I do hope you will join us in this month’s challenge, and celebrate Hero Arts 45th anniversary! Do pop over to our challenge blog page and see what my amazing fellow design team members have created just to inspire you to join in! I look forward to seeing your cards in the challenge gallery.

Have a great day doing what you love!
